Welcome to Year 1!
We are a lively, energetic class of 30 children. We are at the inquisitive age and love to learn by exploring through structured play and table-based activities. We have lots of rewards for our hard work including stickers, certificates, team points and WOW moments!
The Year 1 team are Mrs Womble and Mrs Treweek! The Year 1 Governor is Liz Hagan.
Mrs Womble will teach us everyday apart from Tuesday afternoons which will be Mrs Yeomans. Mrs Treweek helps us to learn everyday apart from Friday afternoons!
Year 1 is a busy year with lots of focus on reading, phonics, writing and maths. Please make sure you check out our Year 1 class page on the website for important information on our learning, P.E days and most importantly, photographs of our time in Year 1!
