The Running Challenge
The challenge is to complete as many laps of the playground as possible in the time allowed and under the given conditions. Hopefully over the curse of the winter months, we are able to use the playground to maintain fitness and stamina through a variety of activities and drills.
We have managed two sessions outside, and the results are in pdfs below.
I think it is also worthwhile keeping you up-to-date with the weather the children endured too!
Nov 7th - 10 mins run, 2 mins recover. cold
Nov 14th - 2 mins sprint, 1 min recover, blowing a gale and raining. Called and halt and went inside!
