  Members of Year 1 enjoyed testing out their weather presenting skills today using green screen technology. Here are a couple of shots of Y1 children in action. More photographs have been uploaded to the Y1 class page.

  

• Basketball Tournament

  What a brilliant night!  We entered two teams in the District Basketball Tournament at Eckington School tonight - a Y6 team and a Y5 team.  All had a fabulous time and played their best basketball to date!

  

• Bronze Ambassador Conference 2016

  We had a super day at the EIS on Wednesday 27th January, where we were lucky enough to meet Olympian - Ben Pipes.  Four Year 5 children and myself went to learn about promoting a love of sport and participation in sport.  We hope to inspire a lifelong interest in PE and sport in all the children at Camms. • Theft from School Premises

  We are very sorry to say that someone got over the fence over the weekend in to the Reception yard and stole 4 brand new scooters from the outside store.  We would really like to know who is taking school property. Each time individuals take items from school they are depriving 227 children of the joy of playing with the equipment at school. Some of our families are unable to buy these high value items and so school is the only place where they can enjoy playing on this type of equipment which has massive educational benefits for children that aren't able to develop their gross motor skills at home. If anyone has any information about the theft of these items please make an appointment to see Mr Cocking in the strictest confidence. 

  

• Young Voices
