  Mr Hill *claims* to have slept, and that everyone is raring to go this morning.  Forecast is for light snow or sleet.  Hopefully you packed them some thermals!

  All the children had a quick and safe journey to Whitehall, they were all enjoying their lunch by 12.19pm today. Mr Hill informed us at 2pm that all the children were making their beds and that they have forecast sleet for tomorrow. So I hope they packed winter woolies!!

• Solar Eclipse

  On Friday 20 March 2015, the whole of the UK will be treated to a partial eclipse of the Sun. These are quite rare, and this one will be a major event. That morning, the Moon will pass right in front of the Sun, blotting out up to 90% of its disc. The Sun will look like a crescent instead of a disc. However, it is extremely dangerous to just go out and look up. The Sun is so bright that just looking at it can blind you, so you’ll need to prepare beforehand.  See the leaflet available in school.

  In an effort to further engage parents, I am experimenting with Survey Monkey.  The on-line system has some pre-designed questionnaires and I have chosen on regarding behaviour and attitudes to learning.
