School Council
This year's crop look another good bunch!
This year Mrs Crotty has been an absolute star and volunteered to work with the Council. I know that she will get them working towards things which are great for the school and make a real difference.
If anyone has any suggestions for the Council, please drop them a little note in class, or speak them directly. They don't bite!

Memorial Service
Every year the School Council go to the Eckington Cenotaph for 11am on the eleveth day of the eleventh month to pay our respects to the fallen soldiers.
This year we were joined by some more Y1's who had been part of the planting of the 'poppy fields'.
The people from Calendar News were there to speak to our amazing children about this. They also filmed our children during the service, and whilst laying the wreath.
I feel it is worth noting that of the schools there, only Camm's laid a wreath - and did so respectfully, carefully and with dignity.
I am so proud of the children and how they acted, paid their respects and represented school in such a brilliant way.
