Pre-September 2020 Information

In an effort to keep the website tidy, I have move all Pre-September 2020 information to this page.

It contains all the letter, messages, Gov advice and helpful things that were posted during the initial phase of the pandemic.

Updated Information About Opening

From 1st June

The letter below is the latest information about proposed plans for opening.  This is based on current guidance and information supplied by DCC and HM Gov.

A Parent's Guide to Opening on 1st June

Please find below the current version of the planned opening actions for 1st June.

This guidance is aimed at the parents of Nursery, Reception, Year 1, Year 6 and key worker children.  However, I feel that the information is useful to everyone to see what is needed to plan for a small group of children in readiness for a potential full opening.

Please DO NOT access the form linked within the document, unless you fall into one of the above groups.

Many thanks

UPDATES SINCE 25-3-2020

Most of the updates have been sent to specific parents/groups, but have been included here for completeness.

Please read any information carefully, to the end, before acting. Some of the calls that we get are about things that are not always relevant to the caller.

Key Worker Access Information 20-30-2020

Letters have gone out tonight for those who informed me of key worker status. If you have not informed me, or have not supplied the correct information, then please remember school is not accessible to your children for the foreseeable future. If ANYTHING changes, please contact school.

Due to the changing nature of the current situation, you may suddenly be thrust into the role of key worker, and need to contact us.  Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate as quickly as possible, it may take us a day or two to re-organise rotas and staff to ensure your child’s safety.  Please speak to your employer and inform them of this.

If your situation means that you no longer require a place, due to self-isolation, social-distancing or home-working, please inform us ASAP.  Staff also have families that are in this situation, and if there is a chance, through smaller ratios, that they too can spend this troubling period with their families, then I would like to offer it.

There may also be a time when it is impossible to offer our services due to illness or other external factors.  In this case, I will keep you as up-to-date as possible, and offer alternatives as they are presented to me.

If you are accessing school, then please stick to normal lunchtime arrangements - i.e. bring sandwiches or pay for dinners.

Information will come out as I get it.

Thanks

Mr C.
