Young Voices 2017

This afternoon we walked up to 'April Park' care home to entertain the residents.

Choir performed at the Over 60's Christmas lunch at Eckington Civic centre.

The children were a credit to school and behaved/ sang beautifully. Thanks to the audience for our selection boxes and a cheque for £40 which we will use to buy Christmas hats and accessories for our remaining Christmas performances.

A fantastic time had by all at the Young Voices concert at Sheffield Arena.

Tuesday 3.15-4.00

The Junior choir takes place after school on Tuesday. The highlight of the school year is when the choir takes part in 6000 strong concert as part of Young Voices held at the Sheffield Arena. The children learn a challenging programme of music and actions. Last year we took 30 children to the arena. The choir also entertain parents, friends and school pupils with an end of term concert.

COMMENDATION FOR OUR CHOIR!!

Thank you to Camms school Choir for singing for the Over 60's Club at the Civic Centre in Eckington.  A lovely letter from the Secretary which comments on the excellent manners and behaviour of the children.  They have kindly provided a donation to the school which will help support the transport costs for the children to go to Young Voices in January.

We are so proud of our children, time after time on visits and trips out we get lovely comments about their behaviour and manners.  Thanks you to parents and everyone involved in supporting the school and children.

Thank you letter from the Over 60's
