Topic homework provides further opportunities to get creative and learn about our topics throughout the year. Feel free to check out some possible ideas on our topics page or explore your own ideas. We are always delighted to display pieces of topic homework that the children have completed in class.
Year 2 children use a personal login to access spelling and grammar activities on the SPaG.com website. Completing set activities on this website will support the children in their progress towards the expected standard in the end of key stage assessment.
This year, we are starting to use a website called Spelling Shed to support children in learning spellings on the Year 2 list. We have now set up accounts for the whole class so they can use this website to support this key learning area.
We are continuing to use the Purple Mash website this year. Please login in regularly to check for any '2Dos' set by Mr Blake.
Year 2 have encouraged to use the Numbots and TT Rock Star websites this year to develop their numeracy skills.
